
Elevated Evolution “EDT EVO” is designed for athletes seeking training/racing opportunities outside of their high school cross country and track seasons. This program serves all incoming 9–12 grade athletes during the summer, fall postseason, and winter. Athletes participate in all included EDT events, with an added emphasis on age appropriate training, individualized guidance, and long term development.

Girls standards (must meet at least 1) -sub: 25:00 5k/6:30 1600m/3:00 800m
Boys standards (must meet at least 1)-sub 23:00 5k/6:00 1600m/ 2:45 800m
Summer (May-July) : $450
Fall posteason (Oct-Dec): $250

COMMITMENT
Athletes are expected to commit to 4 to 6 days of training per week and maintain a consistent baseline of at least 20 miles per week. All athletes must be injury free with a minimum of two consecutive weeks of pain free running prior to joining. Athletes should be able and willing to follow an independent strength routine outside of team sessions. A high level of coachability and a clear growth mindset are required, along with completion of a needs assessment and goal setting form prior to the start of the season.

Seasonal Development Programs
Training emphasizes aerobic development, race tactics, and consistency while respecting the demands of the longer competitive seasons ahead. Athletes progress with purpose, balancing quality and volume to maximize improvement without burnout. Race opportunities are available and fully individualized based on each athlete’s goals, ensuring they continue building fitness, confidence, and momentum heading into their competitive high school seasons. This program is intended for athletes who are not participating in a structured off-season high school program.
