High School Performance Program Expectations & Benefits

Commitment & Readiness: Athletes train 4 to 6 days per week with a consistent baseline of at least 20 miles per week and must be injury free with a minimum of two consecutive weeks of pain free running prior to joining

Work Ethic & Coachability: Athletes are expected to demonstrate strong coachability, accountability, and a growth mindset while consistently following independent strength, core, and plyometric work outside of team sessions

Personalized Performance Plan: Each athlete completes a needs assessment and goal setting form before the season and participates in a one on one goal setting session with Coach Tate to guide individualized development

Individualized Coaching & Development: Training is tailored to support both current progression and long term success during the upcoming high school season

Competitive Environment & Full Integration: Athletes train alongside like minded peers with similar goals and are fully included in all EDT events, races, and team activities while following a comprehensive development system
