
Coach Emily
Coach Emily is a lifelong athlete with a strong foundation in volleyball, the sport she focused on throughout her early years. She also competed in high school track and field as both a sprinter and jumper. While long-distance running once felt intimidating, she challenged herself to take it on for fun during college—completing multiple half marathons, one full marathon, and currently training for another.
Emily brings coaching experience at both the middle and high school levels in track and field and volleyball, where she has developed a passion for helping young athletes grow in both skill and confidence.
As a school psychologist by profession, Coach Emily’s approach is rooted in supporting the whole athlete. She integrates her background in mental health to emphasize not only performance and skill development, but also the importance of mindset, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention. She is excited to be part of the team and is committed to helping athletes build both their abilities and a lasting passion for running.
